What wood types do you offer?
We offer three species: Acacia (rich, dark grain, hardest option), Hevea (light golden, moisture-resistant), and Birch (pale, clean, Scandinavian look).

Are your panels food-safe?
Yes, once sealed with food-safe mineral oil or butcher block conditioner. Panels ship unfinished.

Can I cut the panels to size?
Yes. Use a circular saw with a fine-tooth blade for clean, precise cuts.

Do panels come finished?
No. All panels ship unfinished so you can apply your preferred finish — oil, stain, polyurethane, or leave natural.

How do I maintain my butcher block?
Apply food-safe mineral oil within 24 hours of unwrapping. Reapply monthly for the first 3 months, then every 2-3 months. Clean with mild soap and warm water.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping on all orders within the continental US.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email help@mavenblocks.com to start a return.

Can I use these outdoors?
Not recommended. Our panels are designed for indoor use.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently US only. International shipping is coming soon.

How long does delivery take?
Orders process in 1-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after that.
