At Mavenblocks, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review the policy below.
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
Eligibility
- Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Products showing signs of use after 30 days are not eligible.
Refund Amount
- Within 30 days: Full refund (minus return shipping).
- After 30 days: Eligible for 60% refund of the original order value.
- After 60 days: Not eligible for change-of-mind return.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Mavenblocks will issue a prepaid return label via email; the cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts:
- Replacement (Free): We will send a free replacement, with no return required.
- Refund (Free): You may request a full refund, with no return required.
What We Need: Please email clear photos/videos of the issue so our team can process your claim quickly.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank.

Return Labels & Fees
- Change-of-mind: Customer pays return shipping (deducted from refund).
- Damaged/defective: Free, no return required.
5. Exclusions
The following are not eligible for return:
- Used items beyond 30 days.
- Products not in their original packaging.
- Clearance, final-sale, or customized items.
