At Mavenblocks, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review the policy below.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns

Eligibility

  • Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use after 30 days are not eligible.

Refund Amount

  • Within 30 days: Full refund (minus return shipping).
  • After 30 days: Eligible for 60% refund of the original order value.
  • After 60 days: Not eligible for change-of-mind return.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Mavenblocks will issue a prepaid return label via email; the cost will be deducted from the refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts:

  • Replacement (Free): We will send a free replacement, with no return required.
  • Refund (Free): You may request a full refund, with no return required.

What We Need: Please email clear photos/videos of the issue so our team can process your claim quickly.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank.

Return Labels & Fees

  • Change-of-mind: Customer pays return shipping (deducted from refund).
  • Damaged/defective: Free, no return required.

5. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Used items beyond 30 days.
  • Products not in their original packaging.
  • Clearance, final-sale, or customized items.
