SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (United States)

FREE SHIPPING all orders in US. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

• 3ft – 8ft panels: Ships via UPS Ground/FedEx. Estimated 5–7 business days after processing.
• 6ft – 8ft panels: Ships via freight carrier with tracking. Estimated 7–10 business days after processing.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Packaging
Every panel is individually foam-wrapped with corner guards inside a rigid cardboard shell - 5 layers of protection to ensure your butcher block arrives flat, clean, and undamaged.

Inspection on Arrival
Please inspect your panel within 48 hours of delivery. If you notice any damage, take photos and contact us at help@mavenblocks.com. We will replace damaged panels free of charge — no questions asked.

Important: Seal all surfaces (top, bottom, and all edges) within 48 hours of unboxing to prevent moisture absorption. If you're not ready to finish, rewrap the panel in plastic until you are.
