Free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

Packaging
All butcher block panels are carefully wrapped in protective 5 layers packaging to prevent damage during transit. Due to the weight and size of our products, panels are shipped via freight or ground carrier.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided via email within 24 hours of shipping. You can track your order at any time using the link in your confirmation email.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or military addresses due to the size and weight of our products.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options are coming soon.
